Each figure is read directly out of the wording of the matter the Board voted on, and every one links back to that matter, the meeting it was approved at, and how each supervisor voted. Approvals whose counterparty or dollar amount could not be read out of the record with confidence are left out of these totals rather than estimated, so a total here is a floor, not a complete spending figure. Names are shown exactly as the county wrote them — the same company may appear more than once under different spellings, which is deliberate: merging two spellings that are actually two different companies would be worse.
