Acting as the governing body of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, RESCIND Board action of April 28, 2026 (C.141), which approved and authorized execution of an Interagency Agreement with Aquatic Science Center; and APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Chief Engineer, or designee, to execute the revised Interagency Agreement with Aquatic Science Center, in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000, to conduct a historical ecology study of the Walnut Creek Watershed for the period of June 23, 2026 through June 22, 2031, portions of Walnut Creek, Concord, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Lafayette, Moraga, Danville, San Ramon, and unincorporated County areas.
