APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with The College of American Pathologists, to increase the payment limit by $520 to an amount not to exceed $7,000 with no change in the term ending May 31, 2028, and clarify that the contract will automatically renew for successive one year periods until terminated per the terms of the agreement to provide additional cancer treatment protocol database access for the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center.
