AUTHORIZE the Fire Chief or designee, to execute a grant deed transferring title of Fire Station 75 located at 259 Garretson Ave. Rodeo, from the former Rodeo Hercules Fire Protection District to the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, and AUTHORIZE the Fire Chief or designee to take any and all actions necessary to complete the recording of the grant deed. (No fiscal impact)
