• 1.INTRODUCTIONS AND STATEMENT OF CONFLICT A member who has a conflict should, prior to consideration of the decision: (1) publicly identify in detail the financial interest that causes the conflict; (2) recuse himself/herself from discussing and voting on the matter; and (3) leave the room until after the decision has been made.

• 3.PUBLIC COMMENT Includes public comment on topics on the agenda and items not listed on the agenda. The FWC shall also accept public comment on agenda items at the time they are discussed.
• 4.UPDATES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS (Presented by Staff and FWC Members) Includes discussion of implementation of actions authorized previously, correspondence received, and upcoming meetings of interest to the FWC.
• 5.CONSIDER the following Consent items: a) REVIEW and ACCEPT the letter of appreciation from International Bird Rescue for their 2026 “Ethically and Effectively Resolving Human/Wildlife Interaction Issues in Contra Costa County Through Temporary Emergency Treatment and Care of Injured and Orphaned Wildlife” project. b) REVIEW and ACCEPT the final report from KIDS for the BAY for their 2026 “Watershed Action Program” project. c) REVIEW and ACCEPT the final report from Worth a Dam for their 2026 “The Water Guardians/Aqua Squad” project. d) REVIEW and ACCEPT the final report from Cal State East Bay, Concord Center for their 2026 “Establishing Pollinator Habitat at Cal State East Bay Concord Center” project. e) REVIEW and ACCEPT the final report from Things that Creep for their 2025 “Pocket Guide to the 30 Native Reptile Species in the San Francisco Bay Area” project. f) REVIEW and APPROVE the request from the Mira Vista Field Stewardship Committee to receive an early reimbursement of expenditures for their 2026 "Mira Vista Field Restoration Project."26-3572 · Consent Item ·

• 7.CONSIDER the 16 Fish and Wildlife Propagation Fund applications submitted by July 27, 2026. Consider inviting one or more organizations to the following meeting if the Committee has further questions on their grant proposals.26-3571 · Discussion Item ·
• 8.DETERMINE the agenda for the next meeting. The next regular meeting date is September 16, 2026.
