- a.Contra Costa Planning Application: CDRD24-00001 - The applicant requests approval of a Rodeo Administrative Permit to allow an existing business to continue operating at an existing tenant space (575 San Pablo Avenue, Suite C) that provides microfiltration services to commercial kitchens (such as restaurants, amusement parks, colleges and universities, sports venues, grocery stores, etc.) including cooking oil filtration, fryer management and commercial kitchen cleaning services. The business also stores waste food oil temporarily on site which is then sold to companies that convert it to biofuel. No tenant improvements are proposed.
- b.The Rodeo Trails Project - transportation and school access improvement project near Rodeo Hills Elementary School

- —The Committee will provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities planning to attend the Committee meetings. If the Zoom connection malfunctions for any reason, the meeting may be paused while a fix is attempted. If the connection is not reestablished, the committee will continue the meeting in person without remote access. Public comment may be submitted via electronic mail on agenda items at least one full work day prior to the published meeting time.
