- 10:30Presentation- Medi-Cal Changes • Medi-Cal Updates presentation by-Senior Health Education Specialists, Quality & Health Equity, Contra Costa Health Plan: Sofia Rosales, Miranda Pena, and Tiffany Brelland, MPH, CHES®; with support from Sales and Outreach Manager: Clarice Sayle • Questions and answers followed • Feedback to be given to the presenters that the Planning Committee would like to partner with them • Next steps- two possible presentations: combined Medi-Cal/Medicare (Care Plus) and broader about Medi-Cal - Cristina to invite Clarice to the September Planning meeting

- 11:30Area Plan Update 2026/2027 • August General Meeting: ACOA progress on 2026/2027 objectives - Jill and Kevin met with Tracy to discuss objective 1.1- will be rewritten (MPA Local Playbook) and 4.2 will be continued

- 11:50Public Comment • Debbie- Union is stating that CCPH Executive wants to not have CCPH health plan as an option for County employees and retirees, premiums would increase 200%
