- 12:30Welcome Nominating Committee Members and New Membership Committee Members District Representative to the Nominating Committee 1 Thomas Lang 2 Steve Freshman 3 Cesar Court 4 Marilyn Fowler 5 Sonja Shephard Members of the Nominating Committee could not attend the Membership Committee meeting. Kathryn to email the Nominating Committee with instructions on how to nominate Council Officers. Slate of Officers will be presented at the October 2026 meeting. Nominations from the floor will be accepted. Dixie to provide a list of members to Kathryn. Kathyn to attach Officer responsibilities to email.

- 1:00New Member Orientation Debrief New Member Orientation hosted on 7/24/2026 with the following members present: > Bryan Harris > Faith Gaither-Davis > Anita Stranik > Sean Barry Membership Committee to schedule another orientation in January 2027. Jenny to review old version of ACOA New Member booklet contents. Membership Committee to review materials at a later date.
- 1:15Buddy Program updates review - New Member Buddy Program document reviewed and revised by Membership Committee. Jenny to reformat the ACOA Buddy Program and send to the Membership Committee. Include revision date.
