APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with TK Elevator Corporation, effective May 31, 2026, to increase the payment limit by $250,000 to a new payment limit of 2,050,000, increase the rates, and extend the term through May 31, 2027, for on-call elevator maintenance and repair services at various County sites and facilities, Countywide. (100% General Fund)
