APPROVE and ADOPT the Contra Costa County Best Value Procurement Policy pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 20155 to allow the evaluation of contractor qualifications in addition to price, and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to implement the Best Value Procurement program for qualifying public works projects exceeding $1,000,000, Countywide. (No fiscal impact)
