APPROVE the bid documents, including the contract General Conditions, Technical Specifications, and Construction Task Catalog for job order contracts HA001, HA002, HA003, HA004, HB001 and HB002 for future repair and remodeling projects at various County facilities; and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to solicit bids to be received on or about July 20, 2026, Countywide.
