APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Contra Costa County Health Department to enter into an agreement with the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District delegating County administration and enforcement of the six statewide environmental and emergency response programs regarding hazardous materials, collectively known as the Certified Unified Program Agency, as well as the County’s industrial safety ordinance. (No fiscal impact)
