APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Fred Finch Youth Center, to increase the payment limit by $243,709 to an amount not to exceed $721,570 and extend the term through December 31, 2026 to provide additional Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Full Service Partnership program services for transitional age youth with serious mental illness.
