APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute on behalf of the Health Services Director, a purchase order amendment with Hologic Sales and Service, LLC, to increase the payment limit by $1,000,000 to an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 to provide additional laboratory testing reagents, kits, and supplies for influenza, Candida auris screening, HIV, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C viral loads at the Contra Costa Public Health Laboratory with no change to the term ending January 16, 2027. (100% Hospital Enterprise Fund I)
