APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Contra Costa Youth Service Bureau, to increase the payment limit by $2,386,920 to an amount not to exceed $6,930,837 and extend the term through December 31, 2026 to provide additional Medi-Cal specialty mental health services for seriously emotionally disturbed children and their families.
