APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with GHC of Contra Costa, LLC (dba Bayberry Skilled Nursing and Healthcare Center), in an amount not to exceed $1,937,055 to provide skilled nursing care services with special treatment programs for adults with serious and persistent mental illness for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. (100% Mental Health Realignment funds)
