APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Director of Airports, or designee, to execute a month-to-month hangar rental agreement with Pacific Diamond, LLC, for a north-facing T-hangar at Buchanan Field Airport effective September 2, 2026, in the monthly amount of $394, Pacheco area and DELEGATE authority to the Director of Airports, or designee to terminate the agreement in accordance with the terms of the hangar rental agreement if deemed necessary, Pacheco area. (100% Airport Enterprise Fund)
