APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with A&A Health Services LLC, in an amount not to exceed $2,157,150 to provide residential and mental health treatment services for adults with serious mental illness and severe and persistent mental illness for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
