APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Lighthouse Mentoring Center, in an amount not to exceed $2,185,126 to provide Medi-Cal specialty mental health services including Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program services for youth and non-minor dependents for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029.
