APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with YWCA of Contra Costa/Sacramento, to increase the payment limit by $456,622 to an amount not to exceed $1,325,883 and extend the term through December 31, 2026 to provide additional Medi-Cal specialty mental health services for seriously emotionally disturbed children, young adults and their families who have been adopted, are currently being adopted or are in the foster care system in Contra Costa County. (50% Federal Medi-Cal; 50% Mental Health Realignment)
