HEARING before the Board of Supervisors, acting in its capacity as the governing body of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, to CONSIDER the Engineer’s Report and proposed assessment rates to be imposed within Stormwater Utility Area Nos. 1 through 18 in Fiscal Year 2026–2027, and the adoption of Resolution No. 2026-220, imposing those assessment rates within those Stormwater Utility Areas, to fund activities connected with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit requirements, as recommended by the Chief Engineer, Countywide.
