APPROVE the bid documents, including the contract General Conditions, Technical Specifications, and Construction Task Catalog for job order contracts 001, 002, 003, and 004 for future painting and mechanical projects at various County facilities; and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to solicit bids to be received on or about July 28, 2026, Countywide.
