APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a Letter of Intent, stating the County’s intent to allocate $2,250,000 to Village of Hope-Pittsburg, LLC for the development of their Village of Hope supportive housing project in Pittsburg, California to permanently set aside 5 units for transitional age youth who are experiencing homelessness and who are diagnosed with a serious behavioral health condition. (No fiscal impact)
