APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Mental Health Connections, in an amount not to exceed $1,982,187 to provide community-based mental health support services for adults, including the operation of Putnam Peer Connection Center and the County’s Mental Health Service Provider Individualized Recovery Intensive Training (SPIRIT) program for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
