APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with A Place to Call Home, in an amount not to exceed $588,993 to provide transitional housing services for homeless adults with serious behavioral conditions and/or opioid use disorder and co-occurring substance use disorder for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029. (60% Behavioral Health Services Act; 30% Behavioral Health Bridge to Housing; 10% Opioid Settlement Funds)
