APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Jordan House of Umoja, to increase the payment limit by $148,531 to a new payment limit of $477,641 for additional Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services for seriously emotionally disturbed youth in Contra Costa County with no change in term ending June 30, 2026.
