APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Contra Costa Interfaith Transitional Housing, Inc. (dba Hope Solutions), to increase the payment limit by $216,000 to a new payment limit of $1,216,000 and extend the term through September 30, 2026 for additional housing, case management and property management services for adults and families eligible for Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) housing who are referred by the County. (100% BHSA)
