APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Vananh Nguyen MD, Inc., to increase the payment limit by $450,000 to a new payment limit of $900,000 to provide additional radiology services at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Health Centers with no change in the term ending December 31, 2028.
