APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Mt. Diablo Unified School District, in an amount not to exceed $13,305,760 to provide school-based Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services to seriously emotionally disturbed students and their families for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029.
