APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with La Clinica De La Raza, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $9,000,000 to provide primary care physician services and other specialty medical services for Contra Costa Health Plan members and County recipients for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
