APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Mental Health Connections, in an amount not to exceed $961,153 to provide Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) services for adults recovering from psychiatric disorders for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
