APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Contra Costa Youth Service Bureau, in an amount not to exceed $686,457 to provide opioid prevention services through the See Us Dream project to help mitigate the impact of the opioid epidemic for youth and community residents in Contra Costa County for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028.
