APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Employment and Human Services Director, or designee, to execute ten interagency agreements with public agencies and to execute one contract with a non-profit corporation, to deliver the Older Americans Act Title IIIC-1 Congregate Meal Program services by hosting and coordinating the Area Agency on Aging’s Contra Costa Café meals sites and County will receive voluntary payment contributions for the period July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029. (100% Program Participant Contributions)
