APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute on behalf of the Fire Chief, an interagency agreement between the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District and Contra Costa County Public Works Department in an amount not to exceed $613,200 for the period of July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029 for industrial stormwater inspection services to be performed by the District’s Hazardous Materials division.
