Acting as the governing board of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Fire Chief, or designee, to execute an Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) for the placement of CCCFPD Helo Pods, used for aerial firefighting purposes, near certain public fire hydrants within EBMUD's service area, effective upon the execution of the MOU for a 20-year period. (No fiscal impact)
