APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Sheriff -Coroner, or designee, to execute, a contract amendment with Summit Food Service, LLC., to increase the payment limit by $2,000,000 for a new payment limit of $11,000,000 for the provision of additional food services at the Sheriff's West County Detention Facility, Martinez Detention Facility and Marsh Creek Detention Facility, with no change to the term ending June 30, 2026.
