APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute a Project Baseline Agreement between Contra Costa County, the California Transportation Commission and the California Department of Transportation to document the project cost, schedule, scope and benefits for the San Pablo Complete Streets/Bay Trail Gap Closure Project, Rodeo and Crockett area.
