APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute on behalf of Human Resources, a purchase order and Terms of Use agreement with eSkill Corporation, subject to eSkill’s Terms of use, for a hosted applicant assessment and scoring system, in an amount not to exceed $60,000, for the term July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028.
