APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Blossom Food LLC, in an amount not to exceed $300,000 to provide nutritious meals for patients with dysphagia at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center to comply with the International Dysphasia Diet Standard Initiative for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029.
