APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Bi-Bett, in an amount not to exceed $24,045,316 to provide substance use disorder prevention, treatment, and detoxification services for County residents referred through the Behavioral Health Access Line for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029.
