APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Delta Personnel Services, Inc. (dba Guardian Security Agency), in an amount not to exceed $7,500,000 to provide security guard services at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers for the period July 31, 2026 through July 30, 2029.
