APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute on behalf of the Health Services Director, a purchase order amendment with Abbott Laboratories, to increase the payment limit by $300,000 to an amount not to exceed $600,000 to purchase additional lactic acid cartridges for the Clinical Laboratory at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center with no change to the term ending November 18, 2027.
