APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with GE Precision Healthcare LLC, to increase the payment limit by $961,105 to a new payment limit of $5,534,585 for additional maintenance and repair services for medical imaging equipment and systems at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers with no change in the term ending January 31, 2030. (100% Hospital Enterprise Fund I)
