APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Director of Airports, or designee, to execute a lease between the County, as Lessor, and the Federal Aviation Administration, as Tenant, for the existing Airport Traffic Control Tower located at 201 John Glenn Drive, Concord, for a term of 20 years, at an initial rent of $5,932 per month, and 15% rent escalations for each 5-year term beginning in 2030. (100% Airport Enterprise Fund)
