APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute, on behalf of the County, an amendment to a franchise agreement with Allied Waste Systems, Inc., to extend the agreement termination date from July 31, 2026, to a new termination date of August 31, 2026, to provide continued solid waste, recycling, and organics collection in its Central County service area.(100% Solid Waste Franchise Fees)
