APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Sheriff-Coroner, or designee, to execute contracts with the City of Antioch, City of Brentwood, City of Concord, Town of Danville, Ephesians Community Development Center, City of Pittsburg, and Martinez Marina for the County's placement of participants in the Sheriff's Work Alternative Program (SWAP), for the term July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029.
