APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Contra Costa Interfaith Transitional Housing, Inc. (dba Hope Solutions), in an amount not to exceed $989,850 to provide rapid re-housing and homeless prevention services to families participating in the California Department of Social Services', Bringing Families Home program who are at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness for the period July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027. (100% California Department of Social Services’ Bringing Families Home funds)
