APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Bay Area Community Resources, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $1,348,353 to provide substance abuse prevention and treatment services for offenders referred through the Assembly Bill 109 criminal justice realignment program in West County for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029.
