APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to purchase on behalf of the Health Services Director, up to 80 Target gift cards, in an amount not to exceed $4,000 for low-income clients living with HIV or AIDS who are enrolled in the HIV/STI Medical Case Management Program for the period August 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027.
