APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Employment and Human Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Child Abuse Prevention Council of Contra Costa County, in an amount not to exceed $2,015,889, to provide child abuse prevention services and to provide 165 incentive gift cards with a total value of $11,100 for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. (70% State, 23% County General Fund, 7% County Measure X)
